2. Payments

All payments made to Convert Sail are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes.

Failure to remit payment on agreed timelines may result in paused work or termination of the project.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide timely access to brand assets, content, and communication

• Review deliverables promptly

• Respond within a reasonable time frame to feedback and revisions

Delays in communication or asset delivery may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables (landing pages, designs, etc.) become the property of the client. Convert Sail retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Any third-party content (such as fonts, stock images, or plugins) used will be subject to its own licensing terms.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and agree not to share or disclose project details unless given written permission or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Convert Sail is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including — but not limited to — lost profits, traffic losses, or campaign performance.

We make no guarantees regarding specific revenue or conversion outcomes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed and payable in full. No refunds will be provided for work already delivered or in progress.

8. Governing Law
