Fulfillment Policy

At Convert Sail, we are committed to delivering high-quality services with transparency and professionalism. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our procedures for service delivery, refunds, cancellations, and customer support to ensure a smooth experience for every client.


Description of Services

Convert Sail provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Custom Shopify landing page design

  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy

  • A/B testing and performance analysis

  • Ongoing CRO retainers and creative iterations

All services are delivered digitally and tailored to your brand’s needs based on the scope agreed upon in your proposal or contract.


Purchase Currency

All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars).
Any payments made through our platform or invoicing system will be processed in USD unless otherwise stated in writing.


Delivery & Turnaround Time

Once a project is confirmed and payment is received:

  • Initial onboarding and project kickoff typically begin within 2-5 business days.

  • Timelines for deliverables (such as design drafts or final landing pages) are communicated during onboarding and may vary depending on project scope.

  • All services are fulfilled digitally via Figma, email, SLACK, or other online collaboration tools. No physical goods are shipped.


Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email to alex@convertsail.com. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • The client fails to respond or deliver required materials after multiple attempts

  • Scope changes significantly without agreement

  • Payment terms are not met


Refund & Chargeback Policy

All payments to Convert Sail are non-refundable, including but not limited to deposits, milestone payments, retainers, and full project fees.

By entering into an agreement and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund and no-chargeback policy. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us before initiating payment.


Return Policy

As we offer digital and custom creative services, there are no returns or exchanges. We are committed to your satisfaction and encourage open communication throughout the project. If revisions are needed, they will be handled within the scope outlined in your agreement.
